Our Guarantee
R&S Sports Collectibles issues a Lifetime Guarantee (Certificate of Authenticity) as to the authenticity of every autographed item sold. If you are not completely satisfied that the autograph(s) is authentic, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, within 15 days of purchase date. A store credit will be given after 15 days. We are not responsible for return postage.
All original sales documentation must be presented at time of return, COA numbers must match the markings on the item, and the autograph(s) must be in the same condition as when it was sold. We reserve the right to void said guarantee if the autograph(s) has been tampered with or damaged in any way. R&S Sports Collectibles reserves the right to only recognize the opinion of Court-Qualifed Board-Certified Forensics Document Examiners in verifying an autograph's authenticity.
Returns
All unsigned merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The item to be returned must be in the same condition and package as when shipped. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a R&S Sports mistake, R&S Sports will pay for return shipping charges. If merchandise is returned after 30 days of invoice an additional 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process. Charges are a calculation of order amount, not including any taxes. For orders $100 and over, shipping is free (applies only to UPS Ground orders within the US).

- Other - select items only (for orders within US only; applies only to shipment of 8x10 Sports Photos and Baller ID Bands; rate is $4.95)
For International orders, Paypal or wire transfer are the only accepted methods of payment. We offer the following international shipment options:
- UPS Standard to Canada
(for all shipments to Canada only)
- UPS World Express (for all international orders; provides trackability of order)
- USPS Global Express International (automatic insurance up to $100; provides trackability; rates start at $15.50)
Item Availability
Items in our store are available at the time of presentation. However, due to changing inventories, we may run out of an item without notice. We will not charge your credit card until an item actually ships.

Simply add items to your shopping basket completing any personalization options fields (ie: color, engraving, etc.). When you are through shopping, proceed through the on-line checkout entering your shipping & billing information as you would for an on-line order.
Once you have completed the on-line order form, instead of clicking "Submit", print your order form, click "Cancel" & fax to the number above. Be sure your order form has printed clearly & completely including all shipping & billing information, your e-mail address & daytime contact phone # so that we can reach you as quickly as possible with any questions we may have prior to processing your order.

Complete the online order form as you would for a fax order & mail completed order form along with payment in full to the address below. To be assured of item availability, please call us so that we may check inventory for you.
